Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery joins its network of dermatology clinics
MINNETONKA, Minn. (March 31, 2016) — United Skin Specialists LLC (“USS”), a dermatology-directed practice management group, announced today it has finalized the acquisition of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, Inc., a St. Louis-based clinic, owned by Dr. Michael McCadden. This is the second acquisition in less than one month for the Minneapolis-based dermatology group with the Laser & Dermatologic Surgery Center, adding to its footprint earlier this month.

Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery diagnoses and treats more than 3,000 diseases related to skin, hair, and nails. These diseases include skin cancer, eczema, acne, psoriasis, irregular moles and nail infections. The clinic also performs in-office dermatologic surgery for the removal of both benign and cancerous lesions.
