Lisa Shoults Belflower has over a dozen years in operational and clinical healthcare leadership.  As Chief Operating Officer, Lisa is responsible for all USS clinics.  To ensure operational excellence, Lisa collaborates with cross-functional departments such as human resources, finance, marketing and revenue cycle management.  

Lisa is passionate about patient satisfaction, positive clinical outcomes and highly engaged employees.  She strives to provide USS team members the tools to excel in their roles, allowing the company to continue a legacy of high patient satisfaction scores.  

Lisa’s leadership career began as an operational leader at a large integrated health system, Allina.  She led growth and remodeling projects, including the installation of imaging equipment and new service lines.  Employee engagement scores improved significantly, creating a culture of collaboration and transparent communication.  

After receiving her MBA, Lisa transitioned to an outpatient specialty practice management organization, the Center For Diagnostic Imaging.  In that role Lisa led the company’s largest market of fifteen clinics and two ambulatory surgery centers.  Lisa partnered with physicians and the medical director to grow volume and add service lines.  Three clinics were expanded or opened during her four year tenure at CDI.  

Most recently Lisa was clinical director at Global Kinetics Corporation, a neurology device provider for Parkinson’s patients.  She was instrumental in the organization and creation of the independent diagnostic testing facility model for GKC.
