Jamie Pitts brings over twenty years of experience in financial and consulting roles across multiple industries prior to joining USS in a permanent role.  As the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Jamie oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management while supporting the CEO in driving strategic, scalable growth.

Jamie is a hands-on leader with a proven track record as a cross-functional business partner, driving operational cost savings and improving profitability.  She will work closely with our physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and other providers to ensure they have the quality medical devices and tools required to provide world class care and deliver patient satisfaction.

Jamie is committed to delivering meaningful financial and operational metrics to drive strategic decision-making.  Her leadership style empowers and enables her team to execute on the Finance and Accounting mission – providing timely and accurate financial information.  Her team members benefit from her coaching and mentoring style, preparing them for continued growth and success.

Jamie started her career in financial and information systems auditing.  She launched into consulting after completing her MBA.  As a consultant, she has led ERP implementations, run finance and accounting organizations, refined financial and operational processes, implemented financial and budgetary controls, and guided financial decision-making for small to mid-size private and private equity held organizations.  Her management and strong analytical skills have yielded financial growth and operational performance improvements both in companies struggling with financial leadership and at those already known for excellence.

Jamie holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, an MBA from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.
